We deliver nationwide and all our gifts are delivered by experienced, reputable couriers. 
We always endeavour to do our best to have your gift delivered on the day requested. Unfortunately couriers cannot guarantee the exact time your gift will be delivered.
Sometimes orders can arrive sooner than expected or are held up in transit due to unforseen events.

Couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays so orders received during this time will be picked up for delivery the next working day.

We advise ordering early during busy times such as Christmas and Mother’s Day as courier deliveries take longer during these times at GIFTBASKETS.CO.NZ ONLINE SHOP


Due to the nature of the product in our gift boxes, all of our parcels are sent with a 'signature required' request. This means that someone must be at home to sign for the parcel.
If you would prefer for the courier to leave the parcel, please tell us in the delivery instruction box at checkout. Let us know we have your permission to leave the gift in a safe place
-'at the back door' or 'under cover on the porch.'
We recommend you supply the recipient's phone number, if possible, to assist with delivery.

Deliveries to rural areas can take up to 3 days longer than standard delivery times. There is no Saturday or Overnight delivery service available for rural areas.

Please place separate orders for multiple gifts, if they are being delivered to different addresses. Alternatively you can email us a list of names and addresses, as this is often easier. 

All our gifts are carefully wrapped and packaged securely in cardboard cartons, to ensure your gift is protected and arrives safely.


The courier ticket number is emailed to you as soon as the gift has been sent.
