Guarantee
At Bright in Boxes we stand behind the products we sell. If for
any reason , you are unhappy with your gift we will gladly replace
or refund your money in full. We will also replace any gift that
arrives in a damaged condition. Our gifts are carefully packed and
only well established couriers used. Check our referrals for confirmation
of our service. Please note, in the event of a product not being
available we will replace it with another of similar or greater
value.
Consumer Guarantee Act
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer
Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for
personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for
repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable
period of time as defined by Act.
Privacy Policy
To keep you up to date with specials, new products etc, we will
retain your Name, Address and other contact details on file and
send you newsletters of special offers and interesting gift information.
All credit card numbers are deleted from our records. We will not
give your Name or details to any other person or company. If you
wish to be removed from our mailing list please email us at orders@presents.co.nz
Security and Credit Card details
All transactions are protected by our secure server. See our order
form for details. All our gifts come with a card, are wrapped in
cellophane and tied with organza ribbon.
Liquor Sales
Customers must be 18 or over to make purchases on this site. It
is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18 and it is also
illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase
liquor.
No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday,
Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
